青少年艺术体操运动员比赛中存在的各种心理障碍 ,严重影响着运动员运动水平的正常发挥 ,甚至导致比赛的失败 ;提醒广大教练员、运动员重视这一现象的存在 ,并提出了克服这些心理障碍的建议。

When young artistic gymnastics athletes take part in competitions,there are vavious kinds of psychological barriers which seriously affect them or even result in the failures of the competition. The trainers and players should all be reminded to pay much attention to these problems existing and some suggestions for getting rid of them are made here.
