The clinical significance of the changes at ST segment in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的 :评估心电图 ST段改变在冠心病诊断中的意义。方法 :以冠状动脉造影为金标准 ,与心电图 ST段改变作比较 ,计算心电图的灵敏度和特异度等指标。结果 :灵敏度 5 3 .85 % ;特异度84.2 1 % ;符合率 6 1 .97% ;阳性预测值 90 .3 2 % ;阴性预测值 40 .0 0 %。结论 :心电图 ST段改变在冠心病诊断中灵敏度太低 ,特异度尚可。

Object:To study the change of ECG ST segment at diagnosis of coronary disease.Methods:Making a clinical significance of the changes at ST segment in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease based on coronary artery radiography as 'a gold standard'. Result:Its sensitivity is 53.85%,specificity 84.21%,conformity 61.97%,positive forecast 90.32% and negative forecast 40.00%. Conclusion:Its sensitivity is low and specificity is high.
