Applying to prepare the liquefier of KX-21 automatic digital corpuscl count instrument

目的 :研制适用于 KX- 2 1全自动电子血球计数仪的稀释液。方法 :1对原装稀释液进行理化分析 ;2电导率、渗透压、p H分别与原装稀释液进行对比研究 ;3测定吸收光谱 ,和临床对照试验。结果 :自配稀释液与原装稀释液进行临床对照 1 3 3例全部项目参数均无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :自配稀释液各参数完全符合要求 ,可以取代进口稀释液。

Objective:to prepare the liquefier of kx-21automatic diginal corpuscle count instrument. Methods:①Using the method of physiology and biochemical to analysis the original liquefier;②to compare tach of conductivity rate,osmotic pressure and pH with the original liquefier;③to measure absorption spectrum and to make a contrast with the clinical experiment.Results:to proceed clinical contrast by using the Rquefiermade by oneself and the original liquefier,133 cases of parameter of all items haven′t got obvious distinction.( P >0.05)Conclusion:Every parameter of the rquefier made by onesly was completely accorded with demands.It can replace the imported liquefie.
