External fixator of forearm in treatment of serious comminuted distal radias fractures

目的 :观察前臂外固定架治疗桡骨远端严重粉碎骨折疗效。方法 :选择 3 6例患者 ,分成石膏固定组及外固定架治疗组。对术前后各项指标进行对比分析。结果 :外固定架复位质量和疗效均明显优于石膏固定组。结论 :外固定架具有复位满意 ,固定可靠 ,术后并发症少 ,功能恢复满意 ,明显优于石膏固定。

Objective:To observe the effect of external fixator of forearm in treatment of seious commimuted distal radias.Methods:36 patients were divided into two groups,who were treated by external fixator and cast immobilization respectively.To analyze and compare every data after and before the operation.Results:The external fixator group had superion results with respect to reduction quality and functional outcome compared with the cast group.Conclusions:The external fixator has many advantages such as satisfactory,credible fixation,less complication and better recovery function.
