从网络技术的优势与新形势下高校党委组织工作特点这一综合角度探索 2 1世纪高校组织工作管理模式及改革创新的途径 ,研究如何将网络所具备的即时性、交互性、超越空间、广泛参与和资源共享等特点运用到高校这一特定的组织工作领域中 ,把网络运用成为组织工作信息发布与反馈、政策咨询、意见交流、干部培训、组织考核、公开测评等多功能的管理平台 ,使高校组织工作的开展更符合高校自身特点 ,适应新世纪干部选拔、培养和管理的需求。

From the angle of the dominant network and the features of organizing work for college Party's committees in the new situation, this paper explores the management mode and reform measures for organizing work in the new century. The paper discusses the way on how to apply the advantages of network, such as immediateness, interchangeability, transpace, extensive participation and shared resources into the organizing work in colleges and universities, and the way on how to transform the network into multi-functional platform for promulgating and feedbacking information on organizing work, policy consultation, exchange of views, cadre training, assessment of cadres by the organization department and public appraisal, ect..
