To create a good credit environment is a pressing issue of the moment for building our socialist market economy .So ,the state of credit absence should be remedied at the present time and the social credit should be developed by creating honest atmosphere,by building the enterprise and personal credit record, by well_defining property right,by standardizing the administrative actions,by improving punishing system for credit failure and so forth.
