培养学生创新思维能力的若干思考

Research on Development of Students' Creative Thinking Ability

创新思维能力的培养是知识经济时代的需要 ,是创新人才培养的核心。目前 ,我国在培养学生创新思维能力方面尚存在障碍。要达到培养创新人才的目的 ,可从建设具有创新能力的师资队伍 ,着重培养学生的发散思维、直觉思维和灵感思维能力 ,构建“以学生为中心”的教育理念与模式 。

With the entry of China into WTO and the emergence of the knowledge_based economy,it is necessary to develop students' creative_thinking ability,which is the core in cultivating talents of innovative type.At present,there are still obstacles to our goals.In order to fulfil the task of training innovative talents,we should start with the following approaches:to bring up a large number of teachers with creative ability;to develop the students' ability in divergent thinking,intuitive thinking and inspirational thinking;to form a 'student_centered'educatioal conception and its mode;to change the criterion and methods of assessing students.
