Investigation and Study of Psychological Health of Elementary School Teachers

对 2 30名小学教师心理健康状况自评结果的实证研究发现 ,在SCL— 90量表中 ,躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌意、恐怖等因子的得分明显高于国内常模 ,班主任与非班主任在焦虑、敌对、恐惧三个因子有显著的差异 ,老、中、青三代教师在躯体化、强迫。

A positivistic study of self assessiment of psychological health by 230 elementary school teachers reveals that, in the SCL 90 form such factors as physicalization, compulsion, anxiety, hostility and fear mark obviously higher than domestic normal, there exists notable difference between teachers in charge of a class and the other teachers in anxiety, hostility and fear, and teachers of old, middle aged and young generation show remarkable difference in physicalization, compulsion, fear and ofther factors.
