摘要
介绍了一种将实测应力和参考应力相结合设计可靠性试验剖面的方法。在参考应力的基础上,针对受试设备特点进行部分环境应力实测,获得相应的特性,以此对参考应力进行修正,得到既满足标准要求,又反映设备特点的可靠性试验剖面。
A method of reliability testing profile design combining measured stress with reference stress is introduced. Based on reference stress, partial environmental stress was measured to obtain corresponding characteristic curve and revise the reference stress by this. The reliability testing profile obtained meets the demands of standard requirement while reflecting the device character.
