摘要
介绍了新型热塑性弹性体聚丙烯 /聚丙烯酸丁酯的生产方法 ,研究了相容剂、增塑剂和硫化剂对热塑性弹性体性能的影响。制备的聚丙烯 /聚丙烯酸丁酯热塑性弹性体具有优异的耐油性能 ,可在工具手柄。
The preparation method of new type thermoplastic elastomer PP/PBA is discussed. Influences of amounts of MAH grafted PP compatibilizer, plasticizer and phenolic resin cure agent on the properties of PP/PBA TPE were studied. The PP/PBA TPE prepared has excellent oil resistance property and it can be used to manufacture sealing materials, bellows of automobiles and handles of tools.
