The compound ,γ-L-glutamyl-α-naphthylamine, has been synthesized .In the mixed solvent of ethanol (or dioxane ) /H 2O in which ethanol volume ratio is 10 %?20 %?30 %?40 %?50 % respectively.The ionization constants,pK 1 and pK 2, of the compound have been determined by pH potentiometer titration at the condition of μ=0.1(KNO 3),t=25 ℃.The test result shows that pK 1 increases when the organic solvent increases , however , pK 2 agrees with the opposite rule.
