In this article,a new technology process has been discussed,which is called'tight fit'for the delay elements assembling of electric detonators.Compared to the traditional assembly technology,when using this new technology,the products have better accuracy delay time,the earlier detonation of the detonators can be prevented,but also the processes have fewer operators & equipments and less energy consumed.
