摘要
一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定乳泰宁凝胶剂中吲哚美辛的含量 ,可消除乳泰宁凝胶剂处方中其它成分在吲哚美辛紫外最大吸收峰 3 2 1 nm处的线性背景干扰 ,含量测定线性关系良好 ,测定方法简便可行 .
The content of indometacin in rutaininggel was measured with first order derivative UV spectrophotometer; it can delete backgroundinterference of other rutaining content at maximum peakvalue at 321 nm with indometacin gel preparation. The measuring linearity of content is good, and the measuring method is also easyprocessing.
