对低毒性PVC管道胶粘剂进行了研究 ,采用过氯乙烯树脂作为粘料 ,采用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯增塑剂对胶粘剂进行改性 ,同时采用低毒性的溶剂组合以溶解粘料树脂。该胶粘剂毒性较低 ,不仅具有较强的粘接强度和连接密封性 。

The research on the lower toxic adhesive for the PVC pipes has been done. By adoption of the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride copolymer as sticky materials, and the DBP as the plasticizing agent and to modify the natures of the adhesive, using lower toxic solvents with different boiling points in order to solve the sticky materials, the lower toxic adhesive has been made.Which with high adhering intensity and sealing feature. It is come up to the demand of the secure indexes of the PVC pipes for water supply system.
