摘要
在内径 3mm、长 2m的不锈钢柱中 ,装填间苯二甲酸、PEG 2 0M、GDX 10 2等固定相 ,以热导池为检测器 ,对甲醇气相羰基化产物进行了色谱分析 ,确定了气相色谱的操作条件 ,测定了各组分热导相对质量校正因子 ,采用标准物对照及峰高增量定性 ,峰面积校正归一化法定量。该方法简捷准确 ,标准偏差为 0 2 % ,变异系数为 0 0 2 7% ,回收率为 98 5 3%~ 10 1 5 3% 。
A method of gas chromatographic analysis for liquid products of methanol gaseous phase oxo process is studied by using a stainless steel column(2 m long,diameter 3 mm),isophthalic acid and PEG 20M as fixing solution and GDX 102 support material as carrier,TCD as detector.The chromatographic conditions and quantitative correction factors are determined.The qualitative test applied reference standard substances and peaks height increment,while the quantitative test applied peak area rectified normalization.Under the selected conditions,the method has better reproducibility and speediness,higher precision and accuracy,the standard deviation is 0.2%,the variation coefficient is 0.027% and the recovery rate is between 98.53%~101.53%.
