According to the electric circuit theory, the paper is obtained conclusion by thoroughly deduce. The voltage and electrical quantity of real series capacitor are connected with the frequency of power supply. The conclusion of the literature is only suit for the high-frequency alternating voltage. The paper is useful to the literatureand gives them some additional regulations.
