新药阿司匹林镁脲的合成研究

Study on the synthesis of the new medicine carbasalate magnesium

目的合成对心血管疾病有治疗作用的新药阿司匹林镁脲。方法以阿司匹林、碱式碳酸镁、尿素为原料合成了卡巴匹林镁。用正交试验法 ,对阿司匹林镁脲的制备工艺进行优化研究。结果总收率可达 70 % ,纯度≥ 99 9%。并通过元素分析、红外吸收光谱 (IR)、核磁共振谱 (1H NMR ,13 C NMR)等确证了阿司匹林镁脲的结构。结论该合成工艺简单 。

Aim To synthesize carbasalate magnesium,a new medicine which may play a role in the treatment of the cardiovascular disease.Method Carbasalate magnesium was synthsized from Asprin(acetyl salicylic acid),Mg(OH) 2·4MgCO 3·6H 2O and urea by a two step preparing method.The optimization of the production technology of carbasalate magnesium was researched,using the orthogonal test method.Results The total yield could reach 70%,purity ≥99 9%.Their structures were established by elemental analysis,IR, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR spectra.Conclusion The synthetic technique is comparably simple,with better quality of the product and lower costs.
