益母草化学成分的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of the chemical constituents of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.

从益母草LeonurusjaponicusHoutt 的干燥地上部分的水提取物中 ,经大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、制备色谱和HPLC分离得到 2个化合物 ,并根据理化性质分析和波谱解析 (MS ,1H NMR ,13 C NMR ,1H 1HCOSY ,HMQC和HMBC) ,分别鉴定为 2 ,6 二甲基 2E ,7 辛二烯 1,6 二醇 (1)和ajugoside(2 ) ,其中 1为首次从该属植物中分离得到 。

By means of the CC,PTLC and HPLC methods,two compounds were isolated from herbs of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.They were identified as 2,6 dimethyl 2 E ,7 octadiene 1,6 diol(1)and ajugoside(2)by use of physico chemical analysis and spectral data.Compound 1 was isolated from Leonurus genus,and compound 2 was isolated from Leonurus japonicus for the first time.
