化学防癌化合物sulforamate的合成改进

Improved synthesis of sulforamate,a cancer- chemopreventive compound

参照文献方法经 5步反应合成了化学防癌化合物sulforamate ,总收率为 2 8%。其中N 4 溴丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺 (1)改用相转移催化法合成 ,收率由文献的 6 5 %提高到 88%。最后一步反应使用丙酮作溶剂 ,在无水磷酸钾存在下进行 ,在不降低收率的情况下 。

A cancer chemopreventive compound,sulforamate was synthesized through 5 steps referring to the literature procedure in 28% overall yield. N (4 bromobutyl)phthalimide was prepared by a phase transfer catalyst in 88% yield.Sulforamate was synthesized in acetone in the presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate.The reaction was completed within 2 h and the operation was simple.
