经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术前后冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观测经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA )对血清 C反应蛋白 (CRP)的影响。方法 :我院进行 PTCA的患者 86例 ,同期进行冠状动脉造影 (CAG)的患者 6 0例。分别于 PTCA和 CAG当天及术后第二天清晨采集空腹血测定 CRP值。结果 :PTCA组术后血清 CRP水平显著高于术前 (P<0 .0 1) ,CAG组造影后血清 CRP水平与造影前比较无显著性差别 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :PTCA明显增加血清 CRP浓度 ,可能与 AIM:To examine the effect of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) on serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP). METHODS: 86 patients who underwent PTCA were included in this study, and 60 patients who received coronary angiography (CAG)during the same period were selected as controls. Serum samples for measurement of CRP were taken in the early morning of the procedure and the followed early morning after the procedure. RESULTS: In patients with PTCA,CRP levels after the procedure were significantly higher than that before the procedure (P<0.01). In CAG group, CRP levels after angiography were not significantly higher than that before angiography (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: PTCA leads to a detectable increase in serum levels of CRP,which is probably related with the intrinsic inflammation or tissue damage within arterial lesions treated with PTCA.
