氧化镁对蔗糖诱导的高血压大鼠血压及胰岛素水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 给Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠高蔗糖摄入并补充镁剂后观察大鼠血压及胰岛素水平的变化。方法 将 36只SD大鼠随机分为对照组 (C) ,对照 氧化镁治疗组 (CT) ,蔗糖组 (S) ,蔗糖 氧化镁治疗组 (ST) ,每周测收缩压 (SBP)及体重 (BW ) 1次 ,实验历时 6 .5周。实验结束当天禁食 5h ,摘眼球采血。测定血清葡萄糖 (Glu)、胰岛素 (INS)及C肽 (CP)浓度。结果 S组与C组比较 ,INS ,CP增高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,并伴随代谢改变 ,S组血压亦升高 (S ,3~ 6周均值与C ,3~ 6周均值比较 ,P <0 .0 1) ;ST组与S组比较 ,氧化镁可防止ST组SBP ,INS ,CP的升高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;各实验组血糖及体重比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 高糖摄入诱导SD大鼠产生高血压、高胰岛素血症 ,氧化镁能防止蔗糖诱导的SD大鼠血压、血胰岛素的增高 ,提示镁对胰岛素拮抗 (IR)状态的糖代谢有利作用。 Objective The study was to determine the alterations of Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats in systolic blood pressure (SBP) and glucose/insulin induced by high sucrose intake and see if the alterations can be prevented by Magnesium Oxide treatment.Method Thirty six SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:Control group (C,n=9),in this group,rats ate standard chow,drank tap water at will;Control-Magne-sium treated group (CT,n=9),rats ate standardchow and 1% Magnesium (1.67% Magnesium Oxide w/w/%),drank tap water and libitum;Sucrose group (S,n=9),in this group,rats ate standard chow,drank 10% sucrose-tap water solution (w/v/%);Sucrose-Magnesium Oxide treated group (ST,n=9),rats ate standard chow and 1.67% Magnesium Oxide,drank 10% sucrose-tap water solution.Weekly measurements of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and body weight (BW) were conducted after rats were accommodated to new invironment and the procedure of blood pressure measurement.The experiment lasted for 6.5 weeks.Blood samples were taken after 5h fasting on the last day.Then blood concentrations of glucose (GLU),insulin (INS) and C-peptide (CP) were measured.Result Compared with group C,group S showed an increase in SBP,in INS,in CP (P<0.01);Magnesium Oxide treatment in ST group effectively prevented the increments in SBP,in INS,in CP (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion High sucrose intake induce hypertension and hyperinsulinemia in SD rats and these disorders can be prevented by Magnesium Oxide treatment.These data indicate beneficial effects of Magnesium treatment on carbohydrate metabolism in hyperinsulinemic insulin-resistant status.
