目的 :制备复方格列本脲片。方法 :用正交实验设计方法对处方工艺进行筛选与优化 ,并通过加速试验考察片剂稳定性。结果 :以优选处方工艺制备的 3批样品质量稳定。结论 :该处方工艺合理 。

Objective:To prepare the compound glibenclamide tablets.Methods:The formulation and preparation technique were selected by orthogonal method.The stability of the tablets under the condition of accelerated test was observed.Results:The stability of the compound glibenclamide tablets was satisfactory.Conclusion:The selected formulation and preparation technique are good and can contribute to the development of the product.
