HPLC法测定健脑丸中阿魏酸的含量

HPLC determination of ferulic acid in Jiannaowan

目的 :测定健脑丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱为KromacilC1 8(4.6mm× 2 50mm ,5μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (38∶62∶0 .1 ) ,检测波长为 32 3nm ,流速 :1 .0mL·min-1 ,灵敏度 :0 .50AUFS。结果 :平均加样回收率为 99.0 7% ,线性范围 :34 .6～ 2 76 .8μg,r =0 .9998。 结论 :方法简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,可用于该产品的质量控制。

Objective:To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Jiannaowan.Methods:HPLC was adopted by using a column of YWG C 18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm),a mobile phase,consisted of methanol water acetic acid(38∶62∶0.1),a UV detector wavelength of 323nm,a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min -1 and a column temperature of room temperature.Results:The method had a recovery rate of 99.07%, a liner range of 34.6～276.8μg,and r =0.9998.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and can be used as standard quality control.
