双环醇治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

Clinical research of bicyclol for treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的 :观察双环醇对慢性乙型肝炎的保肝及抗病毒疗效。方法 :39例慢性乙型肝炎患者接受双环醇口服治疗 ,每次 2 5mg,tid ,共 90d。治疗前后进行肝功能检查、HBeAg和HBV DNA检测 ,并检测血清肿瘤坏死因 子 α(TNF α)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽 (PⅢP)、透明质酸 (HA)、板层素 (LA)等指标 ,判断肝纤维化的程度。结果 :双环醇能有效改善乙肝患者症状、体征 ,有效降低转氨酶 ,对HBeAg和HBV DNA有一定的转阴作用 ,并能使血清TNF α和PⅢP等指标显著降低 ,且无明显不良反应。结论 :双环醇具有明显降低转氨酶的作用 。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of bicyclol on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:39 cases of chronic hepatitis B were treated by biocyclol tablets (25mg,tid, po ) for 90 days.For each case,liver function test was employed,and serum HBeAg,HBV DNA and serum TNF α,PⅢP,HA,LA was also determined before and after the treatment.Results:Bicyclol can lower the elevated serum ALT and AST of patients,and it can make serum HBeAg and HBV DNA of patients become negative from positive,and can also lower serum TNF α,PⅢP,HA,LA.Conclusion:Bicyclol can significantly improve liver function,and also has anti virus effect.Meanwhile,it can be used to prevent and cure liver fibrosis.
