Influence of Different Electroaccupuncture Mods on EEG in Local Cerebral Ischemia in Rats

摘要 目的 探讨不同方式的电针刺刺激对缺血脑组织神经功能的激增作用 ,为临床研究提供实验依据。方法 采用线栓法大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型 (MCAO) ,分别观察单侧针刺法和双侧针刺法在造模后即刻 ,10min ,2 0min和 30min 4个时点对皮层脑电图 (EEG)振幅和频率的影响。结果 与假手术组比较 ,模型组 4个时点的EEG振幅和频率均显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;单侧电针刺组的EEG振幅和频率显著高于模型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;双侧电针刺组与单侧电针刺组比较 ,前者的EEG振幅和频率显著增高(P <0 .0 5 )。针刺两组对EEG振幅和频率的激增效应以针刺后前 10min或 2 0min最为显著。结论 电针刺可显著激增缺血脑组织的功能 ,使其电兴奋性提高 ,双侧电针刺法的激增效应明显优于单侧电针刺法。 Objective To explore the exciting action to cerebral neurofunction of different electroaccupuncture mods on local cerebral ischemia.This experiment would provides the basis for clinical study.Method The model of the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats was performed with the intraluminal filament occlusion.The amplitude and frequency of EEG (echoencephalography) was observed in the sham operation group (SOG),moddel group (MG),electroaccupuncture on single side group (ESSG) and electroaccupuncture on double side group (EDSG) for 0min,10min,20min and 30min after electroaccupuncture.Result The amplitude and frequency of EEG in ESSG and EDSG were significantly increased,as compared with MG (P<0.05).The amplitude and frequency of EEG in EDSG was higher obviously than that in ESSG (P<0.05).The amplitude and frequency being obviously higher in first 10 or 20min after electroaccupuncture (P<0.05).Conclusion Electroaccupuncture possesses the exciting action to the cerebral neurofunction decreased by ischemia.The effect of electroaccupuncture on double side is higher than that of electroaccupuncture on single side.The exciting effect to the cerebral neurofunction of electroaccupuncture was decreased gradually following time delaying.
