17例原发性腹膜后肿瘤的外科围手术期处理

Perioperative Surgical Management of 17 Patients with Primary Retroperitoneal Neoplasm

目的 探讨对原发性腹膜后肿瘤的外科围手术期处理方法。方法 分析总结 17例原发性腹膜后肿瘤术前准备和术中、术后处理的临床资料。结果 17例患者均成功地实施了腹膜后肿瘤的完整切除 ,无手术死亡。结论 腹膜后肿瘤手术不定型 ,常要行联合脏器的切除手术 ,甚至涉及到大血管的切除与重建 ,创伤大 ,出血多 ,因此 ,要重视对其围手术期的处理。

Objective To study the measures of the surgical management in primary retroperitoneal neoplasms.Methods The clinical data of 17 cases with primary retroperitoneal neoplasms were analyzed retrospectively in preoperative evaluation, operative and postoperative treatment. Results The tumors in all patients were successfully resected and there was no perioperative death.Conclution There is no case hardened ways in the operation of the primary retroperitoneal neoplasms. The multi organ excision and major vascular reconstruction are often involved in the surgical treatment of them. So surgeon should lay stress in the perioperative management of retroperitoneal neoplasms.\;
