从国内质量管理人员广为熟悉的工序能力分析的角度,阐述6σ设计的基本概念、设计水平评价标准和相关技术,包括“6 σ”设计的含义、6σ设计目标是3.4 PPM的缘由、6σ设计与传统工序能力分析的联系和本质区别以及实现和评价6σ设计需要解决的关键问题。
Based on the Process Capability Analysis, which is familiar to native quality manag er, the basic concept and key issues of 6 CT design and evaluating criterion are introduced, includ ing the meaning of 6σ , the object of 6σdesign being that the cause of 3. 4 PPM, the relation and essential distinction between the traditional Process Capability Analysis and modern 6σ a de sign, and the key issues in making and evaluating the 6σdesign.
