中小企业发展的产业组织理论视角

The Perspective of Industrial Organization Theory in Researching the Development of SMEs

中小企业问题不是西方产业组织理论的研究领域。与国内大多数学者都将中小企业问题排除在产业组织理论之外的观点相反 ,笔者认为由于我国产业组织问题的特殊性 ,中小企业问题应成为我国产业组织理论的研究领域。从产业组织角度来看我国中小企业的发展 ,至少包括中小企业发展与经济竞争性和产业规模经济两个方面的内容。

The issue of SMEs is not within the scope of western theory of industrial organization. Most domestic scholars exclude the issue of SMEs from the theory of industrial organization. On the contrary, we think the issue of SMEs should be within the scope of Chinese theory of industrial organization because of the particularity of the latter. At least, the development of SMEs includes economic competitiveness and industrial economy of scale in China in perspective of industrial organization.
