艰苦奋斗精神是中华民族的传统美德和民族精神 ,中国共产党的三代领导人都高度重视用艰苦奋斗精神教育和武装全党。实现中华民族伟大复兴 ,唱响时代主旋律 ,提高全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化教育水平 ,都需要弘扬艰苦奋斗精神。应当与时俱进 ,科学地理解艰苦奋斗精神的时代内涵 :艰苦奋斗是志存高远、克己奉公的人生境界 ,是昂扬向上、发奋图强的精神风貌 ,是坚韧不拔、求真务实的工作作风 ,是简约朴素、吃苦耐劳的生活态度。培养大学生艰苦奋斗精神的有效教育方式 ,可以有以下几种 :开展励志教育 ;融入专业教学 ;大力加强实践教学 ;大力加强体育工作。

The spirit of wage a hard struggle is a traditional merit and national hardcore spirit of the Chinese. The three generations of the leaders of Chinese Communist Party have paid great attention to the spirit for educating and strengthening the Party.We need the spirit for the national revival,for maintaining mainstream theme of the media and for enhancing the morality and personal quality of the whole nation.The contemporary meanings of the spirit should be understood scientifically:it is a realm of life with lofty ideals and attitude of serving the public through self-discipline;it is a spiritual feature of seeking the best goals;it is a work style of going through hardship and down-to-earth philosophy; and it is a life attitude of living in a plain way and overcoming hardship.Educating university students with the spirit can be realized by using the following technologies: encouraging them to seek the best goals of the nation; incorporating education of the spirit into professional teaching; strengthening practical education;and strengthening physical education.
