摘要
《麦克白》不只是一般意义上的塞尼加式的宫廷悲剧 ;它在某种程度上是对人类精神世界的探索 ;而这种探索又是建立在观众“恐怖想象”的基础之上。本文主要从这一方面入手 ,借用当代西方精神分析学家的相关理论来说明 :在《麦克白》这部戏中 ,弑君作为现实利益诱惑的产物仅仅是一种表象 ;
Macbeth is less a Senecan atrocity than a dramatic exploration of human psyche, which is based, to a large extent, upon the audience's 'horrible imaginings'. This article, by adopting relevant Western psychoanalytical concepts and theories, intends to throw light on the content of these 'horrible imaginings'. Regicide in Macbeth, as a result of temptation of inferests is merely an ostensible phenomenon, behind which slumbers the unconscious motive of replacing the father, as is the case in Macbeth or that of seducing the father, as is the case in Lady Macbeth, both having their access to, and finding their echoes in, the audience's psychic world easily through Shakespeare's magical control over diction and images.
