摘要
本文从党和国家的战略性高度分析了新时期高校基层党组织加强对学生党员培养和教育的重要性和迫切性 ,以“三个代表”为指导提出了培养和教育学生党员的战略目标 ,并对高校学生党员的培养和教育作了思考。
This paper analyses the importance and necessity for the basic organizations of the Chinese Communist Party in colleges to strengthen the training and education of those students who are members of the CCP in the new period for the interests of the Party and our country. Based on 'Three Represent's', the author puts forword the purposes of training and educating those students and offers her consideration of the task.
