苏联依靠科技兴国战略曾经谱写了辉煌篇章 ,但其科技兴国战略的实施并不完备。苏联科技发展的不良环境、科技进步与经济发展的松散关系和苏联政府对科技革命的不同态度导致了苏联科技兴国战略的不同结果 。

The Soviet Union made brilliant achievements by employing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology. However, the implementation of the strategy was not thorough and comprehensive, resulting from the unfavorable environment for the development of science and technology in Soviet Union, the loose relationship between scientific development and economic progress as well as the attitude of the Soviet government towards the scientific and technological revolution, which leaves much valuable experience and lessons for the later generations to draw upon.
