摘要
薪酬体系是人力资源管理中的重要环节之一,恰当的薪酬体系在人力资源管理中发挥着重要的作用。本文探讨了公共行政部门的薪酬体系设计,认为公共行政部门应采取职能绩薪为中心的直接薪和补贴、社保为中心的间接薪相结合的薪酬体系。
Salary system is one of the most important links of human resources management, and a suitable salary system plays a significant role in human resources management. The article probes into the design of public administrative department's salary system and points out that the public administrative department can adopt the salary system combined with direct-giving salary determined by duty, capability and achievements, and indirect-giving salary composed of subsidy and social insurance.
