论宋代邸报的性质及编辑内容的嬗变

A Discussion of The Official Residence News Bulletin in the Song Dynasty:Its Character and Evolution in the Content Editted

作为以报道新闻、教化臣民为己任的宋代官报 ,其新闻内容不仅包含了宋代不同官文书中的各种信息 ,更包含了进奏官从其他信源渠道所得的诸多信息 ,具有信息的集纳性与综合性 ;宋代官报通过及时为读者提供朝廷的政令信息 ,采用不同方式优化传播内容及对朝廷有关赏功罚罪之事例的传报 ,直接或间接地表达集权统治的政治观点 ,教忠教孝 ,进而引导读者的行为 ,具有内容的宣传性和教化性。宋代官报传播内容的集纳性与宣传性表明 ,宋代的邸报、进奏院状报之性质已经完全不同于官文书 ,且比唐代的进奏院状有了更多的新闻纸的特征 。

As regards official bulletins or reports on memorials to the throne in the Song Dynasty,they were distinctive of the character of their gathering informative content from all walks of life and their getting publicized,and consequently,they were quite different in nature from those official documents of memorials to the throne,and thus were more charateristic of a newspaper than the reports on memorials to the throne in the Tang dynasty;hence having the colour in a way of an official newspaper in modern times.
