摘要
汇率是宏观经济的调节手段.文章着先从理论和实践两个方面论述中国提高人民币汇率的原因,接着分析提高人民币汇率应考虑的相关问题,并提出了提高人民币汇率应注重的某些要点.
E-rate is the adjusting methods for macroeconomy.The article first discussed the causes for increasing RMB E-rate in two respects of the theory and the reality in china,and then the article analyzed some question which should be considered before increasing RMB E-rate,and suggested how to increase RMB E-rate in the end.
