目的 为了研究骨髓中性粒细胞 (MPRO)在形态成熟过程中发生的基因表达的变化。方法 RNA分离和 3′ -末端差异显示法。

Objective To study the gene expression changes of murine bone marrow that occurred during morphologic maturation. Methods RNA extraction and 3-end differential display were used.Results A gene bank of differention program has been developed.
