大鼠肾组织肾包膜下与皮下种植治疗肾性贫血的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究大鼠婴肾组织肾包膜下与后肢皮下种植对肾性贫血的疗效。方法 鼠婴肾组织块植入慢性肾功能衰竭的Wistar大鼠肾包膜下 (A组 )与皮下 (B组 )。结果 种植后 4周 :两组种植物增大 2~ 3倍 ,肾单位结构基本正常 ;血红蛋白(Hb)和促红细胞生成素 (Epo)均明显高于种植前水平 (P <0 .0 5 )。移植后 8周 :B组肾单位周围有较多淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润及纤维组织增生 ,A组无此变化 ;B组Hb和Epo降至种植前水平 (P >0 .0 5 )。 Objective To investigate the effect of kidney tissue mass implantation into the capsule of kidney or subcutaneous fascia to treat anemia caused by chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods The kidney tissue mass(1 mm 3) of newborn Wistar rats were implanted into the capsule of kidney(group A) or under the subcutaneous fascia of left leg of the models of chronic renal failure(group B) respectively. Results The levels of Hb and Epo in blood kept increasing and were significantly higher at 4 weeks after implantation than those before implantation. The grafts survived and increased in size from two to three times in the period of 8 weeks. Histological examination showed that the graft structures of glomerule and uriniferous tubules were normal. Much more lymphocyte and plasmocyte infiltration and fibroplastic proliferation were seen around nephron with 8 weeks after implantation in group B, while no significant change was found in group A. Conclusion The implantation of kidney tissue mass into the capsule of kidneys treating anaemia caused by CRF is more effective than subcutaneous fascia implantation.
