摘要
目的 通过神经行为功能测试 ,评价低水平铅接触对作业工人神经系统的影响。方法 采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合 (NCTB)对 44名铅作业工人和 34名对照进行测试 ,测试项目包括 :情感状态、简单反应时、数字广度、提转捷度、数字译码、视觉保留、目标追踪。结果 铅作业工人有困惑—迷茫、疲惫—惰性、紧张—焦虑增加 ,简单反应时平均值、数字译码、打点总数、正确打点数 ,两组有显著差异。结论 铅接触影响消极情感、视觉反应速度。
To evaluate the effect of exposure to low lead on nervous system, WHO Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery(NCTB) was used to test 44 lead-exposed workers and 34 controls. Test items included profile of mood states, simple reaction time, digit span, Santa Anna manual dexterity, digit symbol, Benton visual retention and pursuit aiming test. Results showed that confusion-bewilderment, tension-anxiety, fatigue-inertia scores increased in lead exposed workers compared with control group. There was significant difference in simple reaction time, digit symbol and pursuit aiming between two groups, suggesting that lead-exposure affects negative mood, reaction speed, operation speed and accuracy, and psychology motive function.
