摘要
目的 观察 CO2 激光灸对哮喘模型豚鼠肺组织炎症变化的影响。方法 分正常组、模型组和治疗组 ,CO2 激光照射大椎和天突穴。然后选取完整的右下叶肺组织镜检。结果 治疗组的支气管上皮细胞变性、支气管壁炎细胞浸润、肺气肿改变等方面均明显减轻 ,支气管平滑肌未肥厚。结论 CO2 激光灸对支气管哮喘有较好的治疗作用。
Purpose To observe the effect of CO 2 laser moxibustion on pulmonary inflammation in a guinea pig model of asthma. Methods Normal, model and treatment groups were set up. Points Dazhui (GV14) and Tiantu (CV22) were irradiated with CO 2 laser. Then a whole right lower lobe of the lung was selected for microscopy. Results Bronchial epithelial degeneration, inflammatory cell infiltration into bronchial wall and emphysema were markedly alleviated and bronchial smooth muscles did not thicken in the treatment group. Conclusion CO 2 laser moxibustion has a good curative effect on bronchial asthma.
