手术室空气消毒不同方法效果比较

Comparison of the Air-disinfecting Effects of Different Methods for Operating Room

目的比较甲醛熏蒸、三氧消毒机、空气洁净器三种消毒方法对手术室空气消毒效果。方法甲醛熏蒸 ,按4 0ml/m3 用量 ,关闭门窗 ,熏蒸 12h ;三氧消毒机 ,关闭门窗开机 2h ,停机 4 0min后使用 ;空气洁净器 ,开机直至手术结束 ,不停机连续消毒。消毒前、后及术中进行 3次空气采样 ,进行细菌计数。结果 3种消毒方法消毒前、后比较 ,均P <0 0 1,差异有极显著性意义。 3种方法消毒后 ,细菌总数均在 10 0cfu/m3 以下 ,但是甲醛熏蒸和三氧机消毒法在手术开始以后 ,细菌总数即开始迅速回升 ,达到消毒前水平 ,而空气洁净器消毒法细菌总数始终维持在手术开始时的水平。结论空气洁净器消毒效果好 ,利于手术全程消毒及连台手术消毒。

Objective Compare the operating room effects of three disinfecting methods (formaldehyde fumigation, 3 oxygen disinfector machine and air cleaning disinfector). Methods Formaldehyde fumigation: 40 ml/m 3, fumigating the operating room for 12 h when the doors and windows were closed; 3 oxygen disinfector machine: close the doors and windows, switch on the machine for 2 h, use the operating room 40 min after switching of the machine; Air cleaning disinfector: run on from the beginning to the end of the operation. Before and after disinfection and during operation, air sampling was made three times and the bacterial number calculated.Results For the three disinfecting methods, there was very significant difference in the bacterial number before and after disinfection ( P <0 01). After air disinfection with the above three methods, the total bacterial number were below 100 cfu/ m 3. The bacterial number after the beginning of operation were increased rapidly to the preoperative level in formaldehyde fumigation and 3 oxygen disinfector machine, but in the method of air cleaning disinfector the total bacterial number could maintain at the level of just starting operation. Conclusion Among the 3 air disinfecting methods, the air disinfecting effect of air cleaning disinfector was best and beneficial to the disinfection during the whole operation course and the disinfection for continuous operation.
