摘要
压电石英晶体免疫传感器是利用压电石英晶体振荡频率对表面质量负载的高度敏感性与免疫反应的高度特异性相结合发展起来的一种新型生物传感器。它具有灵敏度高、特异性好 ;操作简单 ,不需要任何标记 ;检测速度快 ,成本低廉等特点 ,有望成为临床实验诊断大规模应用的方法。仪器体积小 ,重量轻 ,能实时检测 ,特别适于环境监测、食品卫生监督、军事监视等野外流动作业。本文就压电石英晶体免疫传感器的原理、基本结构。
Piezoelectric quartz crystal immunosensor is a new kind of biosensor.With combining the high sensitivity to surface mass of quartz crystal and the high specificity of immuno-reaction.It has the features of high sensitivity,high specificity,simple operation,high analysis speed,low cost,small size,real time detection,etc.It will be applied in the areas of medical laboratory diagnosis,environment monitor,foods sanitary control and military monitor etc.In this paper,the fundamental principle,structure,specificity and its applications are reviewed.
