The developments of image analyzing technology in immunohistochemical micrograph

摘要 免疫组织化学是用特异性抗体显示组织化学成分的重要方法 ,是实验结果以显微图像的形式显示出来。对免疫组化图像的分析方法主要包括人工分析和计算机图像处理分析。前者简便易行 ,对实验的标准化要求不高 ,但无法做精确的量化分析 ;后者在精确性、客观性、分析速度等方面具有巨大优势 ,但目前仍不完善。本文对两种分析技术的应用现状、实验要求及特点进行了综述 。 Immunohistochemistry is an important method displaying chemical ingredients in tissues through particular antibody and it displays experimental results using micrograghs.The analyzing methods to immunohistochemical micrographs mostly include manpower analysis and computer assisted image processing analysis.The former is easy to perform and experimental standardization is required lowly,but accurately quantificational analysis is difficult.The latter has great prepotencies in particularity,objectivity and analyzing speed,but is not enough perfect.The paper reviews the applications,experimental requirements and characters of the two methods and indicates that the latter has been the trend of immunohistochemical micrograph analysis.
