摘要
定量构效关系 QSAR是研究并揭示物质结构和活性之间的联系 ,近年来有广泛的研究与应用。在一定程度上 ,联系揭示的是一种模式识别的问题 ,本文介绍了在此类研究中所涉及到的模式识别方法 。
QSAR is studied to open out the relationship between the structure and activity,in recent years more search and application on it is carried out.To some degree,to open out the relationship is the theme of pattern recognition.In this papers,some methods used in QSAR search is reviewed,and in future development is prospected.
