摘要
高职教育是一种新型的教育形式。本文通过对高职学生现状的分析，结合学院具体情况，制定措施，以充分调动各级的主动性与积极性，提高管理教育水平，以促进良好学风的形成。
Higher vocational education is a new form of educatio n. In this paper, through analyzing the present situation of students and the co ncrete condition in vocational institute, the author makes some suggestions to p romote good study mode in the institute by arousing initiative and enthusiasm in every department and by improving the management standard.
