对院校合并后图书馆文献资源管理的几点思考

Literature Resource Management after the Incorporation of Academies

本文着重从文献资源的结构调整、体系的创建、采访政策的制定三个方面 ,探讨了在院校合并后 ,文献资源管理方面出现的新问题 ,并就此提出了相应的对策与措施。

The management of the literature resource after academies incorporation is discussed. And the author concludes that many factors are involved in it, such as the regulation of literature resource structure, the creation of the literature resource system, the quality of the literature purchaser and so on.
