On the Development of Humanities Journals of Science-engineering Universities

就理工科院校社科学报学术质量普遍不高的事实 ,对大多数理工科院校社科学报办刊中亟待解决的内容定位偏差、不注重发挥优势、刊物无特色、封闭办刊等问题 ,进行分析 ,并在此基础上提出了相应的改革措施。

At present, the quality of humanities journals of science engineering universities is not high. The problems that have to be settled urgently are discussed: the error of orientation, non exerting of advantages, non characteristics, and closing to the outside authors. Based on the above, some corresponding solutions are proposed.
