摘要
本文通过对CK160型数控车床造型设计的分析,从机床的性能、结构、拓展性方面阐述了内在质量的保证。从比例关系、线型与形体、色彩、装饰角度阐述了外观质量的保证。从移动门的开启、工件的装卸、铁屑的清除、操纵台的操作方面介绍了人机质量的保证。
This paper analyzes CK160 CNC machine tools mould design examination. From machine tools' performance, structure, development it explains guaranee of inside degree. From proportionality , line mould and shape, colour, decoration it treats guarantee of outside degree. From opening move gate, handing works, resting iron cake, and operation of control table it explaines guarantee of human engineering degree .
