摘要 以核心能力为主线 ,可从以下十个方面 ,揭示和阐释作为 2 1世纪新型企业战略管理模式的基本内涵和构架体系 :以为客户创造新生活为主导 ,推进市场开发战略管理 ;以获得客户忠诚度为本质内涵 ,推进营销战略管理 ;以复合经营结构为主导 ,推进规模经济、范围经济与集成经济的战略管理 ;以市场结构为主导 ,推进资本运作战略管理 ;以培育团队素质为主导 ,推进企业组织化战略管理 ;以专注于客户为主导 ,推进双 (多 )赢竞争战略管理 ;以创名牌为主导 ,推进R&D战略管理 ;以知识资本化为主导 ,推进人力资本战略管理 ;以人格素质升级换代为主导 ,推进企业文化战略管理 ;以为社会创造财富为人生价值目标 ,推进企业家素质开发战略管理。 In analyzing the basic contents and structural system of the new type of enterprise strategical management mode in the 21st century, the following core aspects can be concentrated on: to promote the market developing strategical management by creating a new life for customers; to promote the sales strategical management by gaining the loyal attitude of customers; to promote the strategical management of scale economy, area economy and integrated economy by taking the compound managing structure as a guidance; to promote strategical management of capital operation by taking the market structure as the guidance; to promote strategical management of enterprise organization by cultivating the sense of collectivity; to promote strategical management of dual/multi competition by taking the consideration on customers as the guidance; to promote the strategical management of R & D by creating brand products; to promote the strategical management of human resources and enterprise culture by capitalizing knowledge and increasing the personal qualities; to promote strategical management of development of entrepreneurs' qualities by taking the creation of social values as the final aim.
