摘要
教学系统设计由分析社会需求、设计培养目标、确定培养规格、构建课程体系、做出课程安排、制定课程标准、设计教学资源、进行教学实践 ,以及完成评价和修正等步骤组成。该文以教学系统设计理论为指导 ,在详细分析社会需求的基础上 ,给出教育技术专业人才的能力结构模型 ,并据此构建了教育技术学专业 (本科层次 )
The instructional systematic design was consist of many steps, such as analyzing social demand, designing training aims, defining training standard, constructing curriculum system, making curriculum arrangement, working out curriculum standard, designing instructional resources, conducting teaching practice, completing evaluation and amending, and so on. Directed by the theory of the instructional systematic design and based on detailed analysis of social demand, this essay discussed the individual ability structure model for the subject of educational technology, and constructed the training aims and curriculum system of the subject.
