前方牵引矫治替牙期、恒牙列早期安氏Ⅲ类骨性错牙合的效果分析

TREATMENT OF ANN Ⅲ OSSEOUS MALOCCLUSION BY FRONT ORTHOTERION IN PRIMARY AND EARLY STAGES OF SECONDARY DENTITON

目的 :应用上颌前方牵引矫治器 ,矫治安氏Ⅲ类骨性错牙合。方法 :替牙期患儿 6例 ,恒牙列早期患儿 6例 ,并对替牙期恒牙列早期患儿的治疗效果进行X线颅影测量的分析比较。结果 :表明上颌前方牵引矫治器具有促进上颌骨向前发育、抑制下颌向前发育的作用 ,通过调整上下颌骨的相对位置关系 ,改善Ⅲ类面型 ,为今后取得良好的颅、颌、面谐调关系打下基础 ,而且两组治疗效果无显著差异。结论 :在临床上对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患儿应用前方牵引的年龄选择上 ,不应局限于替牙期 ,恒牙列早期的患儿也完全可以应用。

Objective: To explore a better method of treatment of Ann Ⅲ osseous malocclusion in primary stage and early stage of secondary dentition. Method: 6 cases of Ann Ⅲ osseous malocclusion in primary dentition and 6 ones in early stage of secondary dentition were treated by the front orthotherion. The effects of treatment and X-ray films were compared. Result: It was showed that the front orthoterion could promote maxillary bone growth at the front and inhibit mandible developing at the front, which could regulate the relative position between maxillary bone and mandible, improve the face type and establish a good base for their harmonious developement in future. At the same time, there was not any significant difference in orthotic effects between two the groups. Conclusion: It is suggested that the patients with Ann Ⅲ osseous malocclusion in early stage of secondary dentition can be treated by the front orthoterion.
